Our Coaches are trained in house and they are required to have experience with a variety of transactions and have multiple years of production and experience. Every agent is assigned a coach and a mentor to walk them through their initial transactions and they’re required to respond to the agents Quickly and efficiently. You will be coached on how to generate leads, write effective contracts, negotiate in a competitive market, NO CONTRACTS are allowed to be sent to your clients without your coaches authorization.
