Hi Lisa, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.  I initially entered the Texas real estate industry to supplement my income while managing my restaurant in Houston. However, after becoming pregnant, I recognized the need to reduce my work hours and made the decision to leave the restaurant business behind in order to fully commit to real estate. Along the way, I established a successful mentorship program that not only complemented my real estate endeavors but also positioned me as one of the most recognized real estate coaches and mentors in the local area. Eventually, I realized I was not on the same path as the people I worked for, so I took the bold step of venturing out on my own and founded my own brokerage, Lucky Money Real Estate, and Alpha Commercial Group. 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road? Every business encounters growing pains, and we’ve certainly learned valuable lessons along the way. With the support of my leadership team, friends, and family, we swiftly restructured our business model within the first year, resulting in steady growth.
